PackLaunch Studio is a European design studio focused on packaging, product sheets and B2B websites for food brands, producers, importers and distributors. Operating location: Sweden · Europe. Contact: hello@packlaunchstudio.com.

We collect the personal data you choose to share with us, primarily through the contact form. This may include:

• Name and company name
• Email address and phone / WhatsApp number
• Country, product type, project status, deadline and budget range
• Any message or project details you submit
• Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

Information submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and manage subsequent project communication. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing newsletters.

• Responding to business inquiries and preparing quotes
• Managing client projects and communication
• Maintaining basic website security and analytics
• Complying with legal obligations

We rely on (i) your consent when you submit the contact form, (ii) the necessity of processing for taking steps prior to entering a contract at your request, and (iii) our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (f) GDPR).

Contact form submissions are kept for the duration needed to respond to your request and, where a project relationship begins, for the duration of that project plus any statutory retention periods. Inactive inquiries are deleted within a reasonable period after the last meaningful contact.

Access is limited to PackLaunch Studio team members who need it to respond to your inquiry or deliver a project. Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the website and store contact form submissions (placeholder: hosting, database, email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
